I’m a magazine (Elle, Red, Vogue) and newspaper (Telegraph, Times, Mail) journalist who writes on everything from beauty to health via spas, fashion and relationships.

I’ve spent my twenty year career creating content that really connects with women. I’ve worked with all the major beauty brands and tried thousands of products. And styled every Hollywood a-lister from SJP to Cameron Diaz.

As well as a writer I am a strategic and creative consultant –offering an editorial viewpoint, broad industry insight, plus styling and copywriting skills.
