My partner went to work in January and literally never came home.
He hid the affair and talked a lot about being bored and frustrated.
Any tips on how to control these urges?

He is so good at gaslighting me I began to doubt reality, and would move on feeling betrayed.
In the space of a few days my world had collapsed and I started to question my own self worth

We broke two people
It was traumatic to hear and read the things he was saying about me in order to justify himself
He said I want a divorce I don’t love you anymore, I want out.
I read your book and it enabled me to be honest with myself

The comforting, lovely thing I take from all of this is the responses I got from all the women
He blamed me for everything – and I mean everything!
I realise when I question WHY he did what he did I may never know the answer
